Dear Heritage Families,
We’ve had a fun-filled and exciting week here at Heritage! Our Kindergarten and 2nd-grade students enjoyed memorable field trips filled with learning and adventure, and the midweek inflatable party brought tons of laughter and energy to our school. It’s been such a joy to see our students making memories and enjoying time together.
Looking ahead to next week, please remember that Wednesday, October 8th is an early dismissal day. Students will be released at 11:40 AM. That morning, students will take part in Badger Time with their multi-grade groups—a special time for building community, teamwork, and connection across grade levels.
We’re also excited to celebrate our October Students of the Month—a wonderful opportunity to recognize students who have gone above and beyond in demonstrating leadership, kindness, and responsibility.
And for a fun bonus… a select group of students who earned this reward through their fundraising efforts will get to silly string the principal! We’re so proud of everyone who participated in our recent fundraiser—it’s because of your support that these special events are possible.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher or contact the front office. We’re here to support you and your child every step of the way.
ONE TEAM. ONE COMMITMENT.
Take care,
Ms. Woodrich
Heritage Principal

One of our goals here at Heritage is to make sure that every student has an adult that they can ask questions too, talk too and feel safe with. Students will be given a staff check in sheet with pictures of all the staff members on it. They will simply cross out the staff member that they have a connection with. If students do not have 3 or more connections we introduce students to more staff members by saying hello, making small talk or saying goodbye in the afternoon. Our goal is that every student has 3 or more staff members that they feel safe with. |
