A Note From Ms. Woodrich

Heritage Families,

What a wonderful week of learning at Heritage Elementary! Our third graders had the opportunity to visit the Illuminarium, where they enjoyed an exciting, immersive learning experience. Through engaging visuals and interactive experiences, students were able to explore and learn in a unique environment that brought learning to life! It was a fantastic day filled with excitement, curiosity, and wonderful memories!

Next week, we are looking forward to celebrating Red Ribbon Week! We have some fun dress-up days planned for our students to enjoy. Please see the schedule below for each day's theme. Participation is completely optional, but we encourage everyone to join in the fun!

We will wrap up the week on Friday with our Halloween festivities! We are excited for a day filled with fun, smiles, and special memories for our students!

Students are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes throughout the entire school day. If your child chooses to wear their costume all day, we just ask that it be bathroom-friendly so they can independently manage it throughout the day.

We also invite families to join us for our Halloween Parade! We love having our families come out to celebrate and encourage you to stop by to see your child participate. Please refer to the parade map below for viewing locations.

With so many exciting activities taking place throughout the day, including the parade, Trunk or Treat, and classroom parties, we will have a great deal of movement throughout the building. To help ensure the safety and security of our students, only designated PTO room parents and Trunk or Treat volunteers will be permitted inside the building during these festivities. All other family members are welcome to enjoy the outdoor parade.

Thank you for your understanding, flexibility, and continued support as we work together to make this a safe, memorable, and fun-filled day for our Badgers!

We are looking forward to a wonderful week ahead!

Soaring to New Heights!

Take care,
Ms. Woodrich
Heritage Principal

If you would like to volunteer, simply complete this application form, sign it, and return it to the school office.

If you have filled out a form in the past and have already been approved, you're all set.-no need to complete it again. If you're not sure of your status or have any questions, our office staff is happy to help. Just give the office a call at 402-238-2095.
